I'm not sure this is correct forum to post this in so if it's not I apologize. I'm looking for a PHP based solution (commercial or opensource) that acts as a Call Me Now notification system. This would live on the website and be like an instant notification that a user needs help.
Here are the basic specs:
The business will have about 4 operators (sales team) online during working hours. On the website, there is a place to put in your name and phone number with a submit button that says "Call Me Now".
The tool should work like an Instant Messenger that pops up on all the logged in operator's screens. The first to "accept" gets the IM with customer's name and phone number.
If no one is online or if it's after hours the user should be taken to a new web page stating the online hours and that someone will call them ASAP.
If no operators are online, the name and phone number should be emailed to all the operators.
I've done a quick search on Google and can't find anything that quite matches this. Does anyone know of any solutions off-hand that provide this? Thanks in advance.
