How to enter unique rows into MySQL

Hello,

I have a table with the following fields:

NAME TIME

How can I make sure that only "Dave 1:30pm" are entered once in the DB. I recall setting some kind of unique thing on the table when I ran across this issue years ago, however I am unable to recall exactly what it was.

Any help?

You can declare the column UNIQUE when creating or altering the table. Refer to the MySQL documentation (which can be found online) for more information.
