i need 4 things for my log in system:
1: making it so that only original user names can be made
2:adding the user name and password to the data base
3:sending a confirmation email to activate the account
4:and applying it so that it can restrict the pages on every page

note: i'm a complete beginner to this so explaining it thoroughly would be nice

If you literally no nothing about PHP then you are basically asking somebody to create the whole thing for you -- which people will want a fee for doing, I'm sure.
