Hello,
I've got some problem with french characters and mysql DBs.
I have a word with an accent in a MySQL db. When i log in to PHPMyAdmin, i can see the word properly with the accent. However, when I query the DB via a PHP page and output the value, I get some garbage where that accented letter was.
I have:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
placed in my <head> for the outputting page... however no luck.
Any thoughts?
