I don't believe it is possible just by looking at each component in the email address that it exists and is valid.
The reasonable way to validate the existence of an email address is to send an email to the user's address.
I'm sure you have seen sites using this technique when creating new user accounts. The user fills in a registration form and supplies the site with the username, firstname, lastname, and email address. After the user presses the register button, on the server an email is created that gets sent to that email address. The user is then forced to click on a link in the email that requests the user to log in and if it is correct, then you know within reason it is the user and he/she is associated with that email address.
