please help id like a login sytem with lots of extras

i want to expand my site adding a directory it will be linked to my site but will need different layout and will have its own domain name, any way what i want is as follows:

index/welcome page - must have a warning about adult material is within/ need to be labelled with ICRA link to terms of use, link to privacy page, link to discalimer,

homepage design

a registration form with the following feilds
nickname - error made if some trys to register with sme name
password
confirm password - error made if not same as the password feild
email address - verify email so email sent to registered email account and has to have link clicked so registration is finalised, or maybe a code sent which they have to enter on the site
date of birth - must be over 18 must show a error is someone under 18 try to register
country - list of countrys
member type - offering services/seeking services - must chose one
if offering must tick at least one box from escort/phone chat/webcamming/content
terms of use - a link to a page what displays my terms of use also a tick box must be ticked to acknowledge they read them.
must fill in all feilds - if a feild isnt filled in a error must appear

login facility page with nick name + password feilds
forgot nickname or password script
resend verification email
want ussers to be automatically logged out after 30 mins of inactivity

i want people who have registered to be able to
upload photos
email other members
have a inbox/sent message box
upload videos

booking system so registered members can book services on another member

this is alot of work i know
i dont mind paying for this if done to a very high standard or id prefer if someone when through and guided me over msn step by step that way im learning this stuff for myself. but ive had serveral guys take advantage of me only to give me ready made scripts and not help me implement into my site so please guys only friendly guys who know what there talking about

chris_s_22, I realise this is your first post here, but keep in mind that these forums are for helping developers learn and improve their current skillset, not for building entire systems for them.

So basically:

a) pay someone (contract out) to build you all this (this is the wrong forum.. wrong site... Google some freelancing sites and / or other reputable web dev firms and go from there...)

-or-

b) If you want guidance (step by step) to help you build all of this (from scratch no less...this is asking for a hell of a lot.. perhaps take a step back, and start the self-educational process of learning sound PHP coding practice.. starting building these components yourself, and then ask for some feedback from there.. but to ask people to do all of that is stretching it to say the least...

Obviously, with regards to people working off of ready made scripts, this makes sense, as it is pointless to re-invent the wheel so to speak. So if you are going to rely on others, make sure they are reputable and have a solid backing of experince and customer satisfaction behind them.

Ultimately, to come here and ask all of this is going to ultimately lead to disappointment I suspect. These forums are here for developers to further improve on current skillsets.. I think you are visiting the wrong place for what you seek.

ok someone kindly got me started and sold me a login script to start me off which he showed me how to conect to my database again which he kindly showed me how to make along with the table. but has now left me to it

the script seems to be working.

all the php documents he sent me was
index
functions - seems to give added protection password is included in init page.
init - this seems to apear on all pages which seems to be the conection.
login - im getting mixed up with this and the next page
login form
register - again i get mixed up with this and the next page
register form

ok now the bit i get lost. lets say i got a 4 page site lets say a
page 1 - index welcome page
page 2 - home page with a login link
page 3 - login page
page 4 - the actually protected area that only members can see

my 1st question is:
On page 2 the login link i make there, do i link to a file he sent to me? (which one?)
or
do i have to create another page? what info goes here?

My second question is:
Have i already got page 4 in what ive been given? or do i have to create this?

Last question
what info need to be on every page so only members can view?
