Mysql field types / MS Access field types

I have a access DB Ive been working with, it has some field types that I would like to know the equivalant to in mysql DB
Access fields Name Type and size
Pc_Act Yes/No 1
Pc_PK Long Integer 4
Pc_Fin_Factor Single 1
Old Value Memo -

Sql DB fields what would I change these types to to match access types
Pc_Act tinyint(1)
Pc_PK int(4)
Pc_Fin_Factor varchar(1)
Old Value varchar(255)

In mysql I dont see in the drop down for field Long Integer, Single, Memo, I do think my yes/no is right.
