I have a UL that is overflow: auto. I have been trying for hours using different positioning values to determine if a LI is in view or not. It does not seem that there any good numbers to compare against. Anyone have ideas? I am using prototype and have tried comparing the different offset values (cumulativeOffset, viewportOffset, etc).
