need class to use ffmpeg

Hi to all,

I need a class to user ffmpeg or any guidance on how to user ffmpeg. I have the ffmpeg installed on my web server. what i want is that when a user upload a video, a thumb of that video should be created by ffmpeg and that video should be converted to flv format.
