email problem in swift email

Hi I am using a script noah classiffieds which have installed a swift mailer. I have a big problem with a script swift mailer.

1st problem is that when I put SMTP , username and password I get this problem:

The following error occured during sending out a test mail:
Authentication failed using username 'filmat02' and password '******'

I thought I solved that problem by only putting SMTP. So I leave username and password blank. But here is my big problem. The email come to an email if I put the email of the company I have my site hosted. If I put like [e-mail] the email never come. Where can be the problem.
