Microsoft letter merge

don't know if it is possible..

how can i creat a web page to have end user enter in information on the web then click submit, it will then input all the info in to a word doc template with those fields and the workd dock will open with all fields filled in.....

the fields will be for ex:\

address
name
and so on...

any help will be very appreciated.

unless you can guarantee the user has word, your better of with something more widely supported like pdf

all user have word (office 2007)
