Just a note to help us in the future, try rereading what you type it helps a ton when there is fewer spelling errors and the sentences are complete thoughts.
But to what you are trying do.
It sounds like you are trying to find a way to make sure the code you're writing gets displayed in the right location on a page but you have no idea of other elements in relation to were your code must be displayed.
As such I would say you are out of luck. Javascript works with specific elements. It has a very exhaustive list of ways to find those elements, everything from getting parent elements and child elements to directly referencing the element by its id or even more generally by its tag. Javascript to the best of my knowledge has no way to know were you want something placed in and of its self you must at least know what element it is a parent, child or sibling of.
I would get who ever is doing the other part to at least put place holder in for you. They just need a
<span id="placeholder"></span>
That will not interfere at all with anything they have and you can then code anything to go in there. You could even change the tag if you wish. But without that or some other way to identify were that <select> field is to be placed it just will not work.
