I have a bunch of garbled text:
ã®アカウントã«コメントã¨ã‹ã§ãÂÂるã®ã‹
that actually makes sense but i need a way to convert it into readable text through PHP
encode into real words
if you see this on a page, lets change your codepage in the browser.
um.. how do i do that?
Its actaully some language words words from:
http://twitter.com/statuses/public_timeline.rss
It works shows on other sites but when i import the RSS it appears with those wierd letters and numbers
The file looks good for me, exept only two rows,
<title>Marubon: @ugnews 変態ですね。</title>
<description>Marubon: @ugnews 変態ですね。</description>
then you have to chance your RSS reader, save that php file with UTF8 codepage.

If you dont (then jus login with garbles) and click "public timeline" ur bound to find some of what im talking abt
thats not the point
the page codepage is missing.
You've made that site? i could make an account , '_' is the username.
and my full name is a pop up script.
Before you use rss readers, correct the bleeding login and register script.
