Please help! write some code

Ive tried for weeks to write some code and everything is crap doesnt work at all. Here is a form with notes of what Im trying to do. There will be more forms or what ever but they will pretty much be the same just differant titles. If someone can get this first one written for me I think I could figure out the others.

I can make a Mysql DB if required I think.

It collects the values, and validate them, but you have to make the calculations.
it uses a table to make the Names from the database.

the calculations are my main problem Ive tried several things and differant php files and cant figure out how to do it. I would asume that all the values for places, TQ points and Heat places would be in a php file or maybe in a table and the form would get the value from there and then some how calculate them into a table for that name
I dont know how all of this would tie together or coding to make it happen.

these values can easily pulled down, but if you create another form, these values needed to changed, so lets use some kind of a category while you store these values.

why do you need to start (learning) with a complicated program like this?

Learn step by step, becouse you couldn't able to change. Have looked into the code?

If I use a DB I thought table’s points, HeatOne, HeatTwo, and TQ would hold the values for those fields based on position finished. I have a working excel file for this project, but I need it to be transferred to web so excel isn’t used at all. I’ve looked for excel converters and such but no luck.
This is why I posted this I was thinking if one of you pros could make a working form from what I provided then I could take it from there and hopefully understand how it works and add the other classes and things needed. (Classes are for example 1/8Th Buggy, 1/8Th Buggy Sportsman......
All point value will be the same for each class. The positions finished will basically determine the total and rank of drivers.
This is a basic record where the position points for mains and heatone, and heattwo
As you can see Phil is 1st place Jon is 2nd Wallie is 3rd …. So Phil gets 215 plus 5 for TQ for fast lap so his total would be 220, Jon get 210 totals of 210, Wallie 205 total of 205 and so on

I guess I didnt think the sample form and sanerio would be that hard for someone that know php is why I prosented it for help.

The internet is full of free and pay teaching substances , from these metarials you could learn how to develop a database, and how you may manipulate it using a server side language.
You have to begin to search for these ebookz - video tutorials - php and mysql manuals, database designer programs,( database query->php code generators are avaiable ) to accomplish this program.
This a help horizontal bar forum , and not a code suitor.
If you do not bring up a problem but ask a full web page scheme
you won't receive a full working program.

You have to make a table, to store the drivers, and need another table to store his/her result concerning a circle.
