I have searched but coudent find what i was looking for or i dident searched properly, my problem is that i want to output pages in signle div but i dont know how pls help. (sory for my bad english)

ok im sory, here it is i want when i clik on the menu indifrent of what web page it is i want to apear just in here <div id="main"> and the rest to be left alone heder,footer,side bar...
