Based on this tutorial (http://www.phpbuilder.com/columns/white-eisenhamer20060915.php3), I created two language files, one for English and another for Korean. The swap works, but it gags when going to Korean; unless I manually change the page encoding from my browser to EUC-KR, the Korean text will remain garbled.
The crazier thing is that I set the meta tag to UTF-8, which means I really shouldn't be having issues with Korean text.
Is there a way for the PHP script(s) to automatically change the character encoding on the browser's end? Or is there another way? Much thanks in advance.
