configure ftp user in IIS dynamically

Hi to all

I need to create a script that will create a directory structure and create an ftp user with user name password etc in IIS. I have no clue where to start with the ftp user, IIS scenario and would greatly appreciate any pointers.

Concerning the previous question, I have obtained a DLL that will expose funtions/methods to create an ftp user in IIS. I have seen a quick demo example using the DLL and was told that I could use this with php. The folder has .asmx and web.config files that I believe are for asp.net but I have not had any success with this. I was told that I can use SOAP but have no idea where to start so once again any help will be very much appreciated.
