I'm thinking about implementing a live chat/support system on a website I run. It's hosted on GoDaddy.
The requirements are quite simple ie text only messages, max of 3 simultaneous customers (maybe even just 1) and 1 'customer representative'.
Anything out there you could recommend that would be easy to get running on GoDaddy?

Not sure whether you can use it on GoDaddy or not, but FlashMOG (see my signature) is a tool that would be useful for writing a chat application using Flash. There's a tutorial[/man] on the FlashMOG site for just such a thing.
Another way to do it is using AJAX. You could set up your HTML inputs and implement some Javascript that continually polls the server for new messages. I am not sure, but I think that's how facebook does their chat. Seems to me it could be tricky to keep your checks for new chat messages at the right interval. If you poll too frequently, you might get a backlog of server checks or something. If you poll too infrequently, then your chat will be sluggish.
