setting Frames

Hi I am 2 weeks old programmer in php.......i was wandering how do we setup Frames in php......what i want to do is i have 5 pages in my website and all the pages should have the same banner and on the left side it should have the same link.....i think it is called frame....

any help would be appriciated..

thank you......at least that is cleard now......so what is the solution for that issue....where we need the links to apeear on all the pages....

what i am after is to get php script where you have same links on all your web pages.....any examples would be appricitated.
