RSS and polish coding

Hello.
Please help.
I am trying to red RSS file from http://wiadomosci.onet.pl/2,kategoria.rss.

Here are files which I use to read:
RSS Reader -> http://phpamator.wrzuta.pl/other/file/8reO5elum3/swiat.php
Templet for display -> http://phpamator.wrzuta.pl/other/file/1FuPciAKWc/szablon.html

My problem is that its displayed without polish letters. I tried alredy to change meta tags for:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-2">
<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=win-1250">
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

But still there is no plish letters. Please help. You can download those 2 files and check it on your PC.

If your web server is sending a charset in the HTTP headers, then the browser may ignore that in the meta tag. So you might want to send a Content-Type header, too:

It worked perfectly with UTF-8. I found unfortunelly another RSS file which has coding iso-8895-2 (http://wiadomosci.onet.pl/2,kategoria.rss)
I tried to change UTF-8 for iso-8895-2 in code from you:

....and it didt work. I got my problem back.
Please, help me resolve this. I just dont know what to do.
