To be honest with you Snorkil, iv'e no idea what your trying to do, you really do need to give us a good description of exactly what your trying to achive.
This doesn't nessicerily look as though it's been done in PHP. In fact if your on about the hover effects, and or inline editing then it's most likley to be javascript not PHP, in which case you'll need to use a JS library such as 'jquery' or 'prototype'
