How can i create an excel file using PHP from a database? Is there any sort of API class?
most people create a csv file that all excel versions, and every other spread sheet and database will read, unless you really need the excel format
this is what you want if you want to create semi-real excel files with font styling, freeze frames, links, images. etc.
