My city wants to have a website that people can pay their parking tickets at, and they want to use Google Checkout because they accept all major creds and the fee is lower than paypal. I need to be able to record their ticket number, home address, name... etc into a database when the ticket is paid for via Google Checkout. I have the pages built and the database ready, I just don't understand much about how their IPN system works. Everything I read at Google on this subject has confused the heck out of me (granted I'm not a php expert). Is there a basic php script out there that I could modify to do this? On another note, do you guys know of any good sites where I could hire a developer? I haven't been able to find much on this, any info would be greatly appreciated. 😕
