Can somebody advice me how to write in file style.css

 <td>1</td>
 <td>2</td>
</table>

and

 <div>1</div>

Not based on that question, anyway. What exactly do you want to write? What does it have to do with PHP? (Should this be in the Client Side forum, instead?)
