[RESOLVED] Problems with creating a directory of folders.

I'm having a problem creating a directory of folders because of the base path. The folder setup is this...

Main site folder
Main site folder/econ //contains my php scripts
Main site folder/members //contains my user folders

What I'm trying to do is creat a new user folder inside of the members folder, and then create two new folders in my new user folder, an images folder and a thumbs folder.

When using mkdir in a script from the econ folder it creates the new folders inside the econ folder. I've tried playing around with chdir and chroot but have had zero success with changing the root path so that my folders are added inside of the members folder. Could someone please help me with this? I would really appreciate it.

it sounds like your script in econ should be using mk on ../members so it backs out one dir and then enters the desired members folder
