[RESOLVED] On click Event

How to put javascript onclick validation when some click on below mentioned link

I mean when they clic on this link it should say "are you sure want to continue"

if they press yes than it will go to that page and perform the taks.
if they press cancel than it will stay at the same page and nothing performs

My code is
