I don't think this is the problem. :queasy:
To test this, I went through the hassle changing the layout to remove any nesting. The result?
I found that yes, the page did show up instantly. It showed up and loaded the items before my eyes rather than hiding them from me and showing up all at once at the end. But the page loaded just as slowly, and I still couldn’t scroll or otherwise interact with the page until it was finished. The changeover simply let me watch the page load slowly.
Conclusion? IE bites. :mad:
Still looking for workaround if anyone has any tips. Then again, perhaps IE just can't handle php pages with large calls on a dbase. No matter what we try, IE won't load this page in a decent amount of time, while all other browsers load it instantly.
