File Uploading in chunks

I need a script through which we can upload larger files in chunks.

I am only aware of Java Implementations of this.

Or Check This Comment from the PHP Manual, this person has modified JUploader (sourceforge project) to handle chunks.

I have not used either of these in a while since I am using a commercial upload applet for these types of things.
