How to merge/combine PDF docs on the fly

Hello,

There are 20 PDF files located online that I need to grab once every week (this is when it is updated). The file names never change and its always at the same spot for everyone to download.

What I want is to grab it with PHP and save it on my machine automatically. I need some help on how the best way would be to do this.
