Windows Color..

I want the RGB color or a normal windows form... i can get close but not the same.. any got an idea of what it is?

You can use the CSS system color names to match the user's desktop environment.

If you have even a mediocre paint program you may be able to do a screen capture and then use the paint program to select the color that is used and see what the color is.

Of course with 16 million colors at your disposal the human eye can not distinguish that many colors so you just need ot get close.

Does that mean you could not find it, but NogDog confirmed what you thought, or does it mean that you still can't find it?

There is no single RGB value that will apply for all platforms, thus my above suggestion so that the colors will adapt to a specific user's platform (and personalizations).

But a quick exploration with the appearance settings on my Vista notebook shows the button/pop-up background color to be #D4D0C8.
