Installing APD for MAMP on OSX

By hook and crook, I've managed to get APD installed on my Mac OSX machine and it appears to be writing the trace file:

HOWEVER, I've tried to follow the directions for APD on looking at these files and I get an error:

My-Mac:apd sneakyimp$ pprofp -R pprof.21054.0
-bash: pprofp: command not found

What is this file format? Is there a windows-friendly or OsX-friendly application to parse them into something readable?

I found out how it works. the file pprofp is in the folder with the apd source code. you either need to CD to that directory to run it OR you need to move/copy it your cwd.
