I'm not sure if it's because I'm sending more mail or something else but lately some users have been getting my e-mails as:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Even though it's certainly going out as 8bit. I always get 8bit while some people are always getting quoted-printable now. Any ideas why that could happen?
