SCRy Photo Album config help please

I need to change the following code to work for my website. please could somebody help as I seem to be hiiting my head against a brick wall with this

$CFG_url_scry = 'http://CHANGE_ME/scry/';
$CFG_url_images = 'http://CHANGE_ME/photos/';

$CFG_path_scry = '/CHANGE_ME/docroot/scry';
$CFG_path_images = '/CHANGE_ME/docroot/photos';

I need to change the CHANGE_ME

I have changed to the below but its not working

$CFG_url_scry = 'http://mywebsite.com/scry_album/';
$CFG_url_images = 'http://mywebsite.com/scry_album/photos';

$CFG_path_scry = '/CHANGE_ME/docroot/scry_album';
$CFG_path_images = '/CHANGE_ME/docroot/scry_album/photos';

What do I put in the $CFG_path_scry and $CFG_path_images ? I have tried

$CFG_path_scry = '/public_html/test09/scry_album';
$CFG_path_images = '/public_html/test09/scry_album/photos';

I get the error below

public_html/test09/scry_album/photos does not exist or is not readable by the webserver - please verify settings in setup.php

Please can anyone help, they say it should take 2 mins to set this up.

echo dirname(__FILE__);

to find the full server path and use that in $CFG_path* vars
