Help needs for this

Hi I'm realy new on this, I should like to have a script that can load data from a csv file in to mysql, I have look every where for this. But i don finde any script thats working. So I hope any body here can help me PLEASE.

Should be nice from a form or something.

Use the fgetcsv() function to parse the CSV fields. Look at the code example on how to use it.
