Automatic Forum creating script

Okay, so I was hoping to create something like this using php. I can easily go into the source code and get the code, but that's only the form code and I will be needing the entered information to send an email to me.

So are you wanting a script on your website so users can make their own smf forums? Can't they just go to the smf website and make one? Or do you want users to be able to make their own forum on your server?

No, they cannot go to the SMF forum and get one as they will need to get a domain name first. My service offers free forum hosting, by using a subdomain for each forum. What I want it to do, is after the form is filled in, the forum is created automatically, and it creates a subdomain for it.
