Mutiple Variables

Hello i am trying to build my own content management system however im having a few problems grabbing mutiple variables from this single line..

header ("Location: http://localhost/cms=" . $_REQUEST['sender'] . "&text=" . urlencode("Welcome to the Hospital.  Follow these directions : " . $row['direction']));

I wish to add multiple variables in that single line for example...

Welcome to the Hospital. You are with doctor . $row['doctor'] at . $row['time'] to get there follow these directions . $row['directions']

print_r($row) to see what you have to work with, your not really showing us enough code to see the problem.

wouldn't it be better to get the text to show on the next page rather than passing it in the url?

And never use $_REQUEST unless you have no option, it has some security issues

header ("Location: http://localhost:8800/?phonenumber=" . $_REQUEST['sender'] . "&text=" . urlencode("Welcome to Sunderland Hospital. Today your appiontment is with " . $row['doctor']  . " at " . $row['time']  . " in room " . $row['room']  . " to get there, " . $row['direction']));
