I use the code below to insert a partial content block on the web page (index.php). It is random but I would like to add a code to make it a content of the day for 365 days or 31 days. How can I add a php code (date) to this below? Thanks much.

How does one add ()date (e.g. 31 days and/or 365 days to the script (in the earlier posting) for content rotation? Each day (1, 2, 3, etc) would be linked to a specific filename in a directory (it shouldn't be 1.html, 2.html but various filenames and directories).

Any reference to tutorial or code would be greatly appreciated. Just need a simple code, that's it.

date('z') gives you the day of the year (starting from 0).
If you have your 'content of the day' stored in a database as 365 records, numbered 1-365, then in a sql statement you could just select the content where the date equals the record number.
