Having trouble with PHP mail

Hi guys,
I am new to the forums but I wanted to see if you could help me out. I have a form that I built that needs to send the data that someone inputs via email. I have got it do to that but the thing is when someone doesnt check a "checkbox" I don't want it to include that information into the email but it does anyway. It just will leave a blank line where the original data would be if someone had checked the check box. Below is my PHP process code.

When you get to your email body put in only the values that aren't empty:

Just don't forget to do some validation and clean up on your data first. or you might get submissions missing required fields or spammers hijacking your forms.

Okay thanks for the help I got that working but now I was wondering, if someone fills in the State field as GA, or Georgia, I want it to email to [e-mail] but if it is any other state I want it to email to [e-mail], would you know how to do that?

Basically says if the field is GA the emailto = atlanta otherwise order.

Then put $emailto in your mail() function as the recipient.

i think if you're using such a big amount of options or input fields, insert the results into database, then make a details page for the administrator where the information could be viewed/exported

to manage entries from an email is getting difficult...

With question a database is the best way to manage data like this. Generally with forms like these I do both notifying the owner via email but letting them manage the data from the database from which you can generate spread sheets, reports, edit, sort or otherwise manipulate it any way necessary.
