I write as a systems administrator [windows] with no prior exposure to PHP. I am looking to create a local web interface that would allow authenticated users to access applications on an isolated portion of a desktop drive to include an email server. At present, I am just looking for an informed opinion on whether this is in the capabilites of PHP. Much thanks in advance for guidance.
