Dreamweaver MX 2004 - RAD tool wizards, do I use them?

I've installed DW MX 2004, PHP and MYSQL locally onto my pc. I am considering using the the RAD tools e.g. Database, bindings, server behavior wizards etc to develop a Dynamic PHP/MYSQL website.

What is everyone's opinion, are they trouble or shall I stick to hard coding the PHP script?

I know nothing about which 'RAD tools' you might be referring to, but it's been my experience that RAD tools can help you get things moving quickly, but can become a liability in the long term if they don't do exactly what you need. In other words, you ultimately end up bending your project around the capabilities of the tools. It's an inherent tradeoff.
