Image Upload

Hi, can anyone help me. Im currently making an image host for personal reasons and need a way of uploading images. Also i need to be able to upload a zip file containing images which are then extracted. The problem with the zip part is that for each image i need it to be renamed then a mysql row added to a table.

I've not worked with the PHP Zip functions, so can only point you to the manua pages for Zipl on that subject.
