I have used the GD library to create thumbnails of images for some time. BUT my clients are starting to upload videos, and I wonder if there's any php library out there which can scan a video and get a thumbnail image of a frame in the video. This is very new to me.
Obviously there is some application that can do this, since videos you upload to youtube have thumbnails of a frame - thank you for your answer.
