Survey

This is my first official script, put it together with some help! Script is very basic for voting and see result, didn't make for adding new questions and answers since it wasn't my goal after all it's quite easy add it in phpmyadmin.

In zip:
exported mysql db(survey_db.sql)
and folder survey

Knowing issue left for next upate:
+control panel
[INDENT]+which survey to display
+adding survey and answers[/INDENT]
+shown end time
+menu for see old
+something with user

just a couple of things i noticed:

use <?php not <?

checking already voted by ip is very unreliable hundreds of people in a company could have the same ip, and one person can have hundreds of ip's

Change, hm what shold i use instead maybe cookie?
