[RESOLVED] Creating auto redirect page

Hello folks,

In my web-application, after login I want to direct the user to a page(a welcome screen, as this site s/w does) and then I want the user to redirect to the home page. How do I do this? How do I automatically redirect the user to the home page after a fixed time(say 4 seconds)?😕
