[RESOLVED] without Zend optimization

is ther any way to get rid of zend optimization applied on a php script to get the source code?

i want to edit a php script coded with zend optimizer.

How did you get the script? You could request that the source be given to you.

it's not for sale.
in fact they sell the zend edition to preserve the main script for themselves.
i want to rewrite some parts.

In that case you should direct the request to them. If you do attempt to reverse the obfuscation and then rewrite those parts, you would most likely be infringing their copyright.

regardless of copyright, is there any way at all? i don't think so but just to make sure about that, i asked this question here.
the original source has been cracked by them and translated to another language.

anyway, if answer is no, i like to know about applying Zend optimization on a script.

Yes, there have been ways to break Zend Guard, and I presume that even current versions of the software are not foolproof.

I could find the way. zend encoder & zend decoder.
not bad, the online version worked for me.

i want to ask a question. you haven't ever decoded a php zend encoded script?

You say that as if this "online version" is somehow connected to Zend itself. It isn't.

Never, since I have never used Zend Guard in any way, other than possibly as a website user.
