I need help with a form!!

The problem is that i have a menu (a,b,c, submit), and a second page process the answer and depending on the choice another form should load, but i dont know if its better to call another html page for each form or if its fine to load the form in the same page, anyway, I don't know how to call another html page nor to add a html form within the php code... 😢

Please someone help!!

I think you could just use some simple statements like,

if ($_POST['question'] == 'a') {
  //print 'a' form
}
elseif ($_POST['question'] == 'b') {
  //print 'b' form
}
elseif ($_POST['question'] == 'c') {
  //print 'c' form
} 
else {
  //print request-needed error
}

I don't understand, my forms are composed by questions, so, each option should load a diferent set of questions that at some point will be processed as well by another php page...

Not sure if this is what you mean, but as coldwerturkey says above, only with the header("Location:my_newf_orm_page.php") added i.e.

if ($_POST['question'] == 'a') {
  //print 'a' form
}

I'm sorry, i'm just very stupid and don't get it, i need the php file to define which was the answer and then ask another set of questions depending on the answer, I see the example but i don't understand how that is calling for that other set of questions...
