Hi, I am looking for suggestions on the best resource to learn php. there is so much out there its kinda overwhelming. I hope to be directed in the right place. thanks so much!
What is your background in programming? I.e.: do you need resources that teach how to program, or just that teach the specifics of PHP syntax and functions that you can use in conjunction with your programming knowledge/experience?
