Test sites for mobile browsers

My client has asked me to make a version of a claim entry php application that is usable on popular mobile browsers. I have been told that there are sites/applications that provide a way to test popular mobile browsers in one place (rather than having a plethora of simulators), and are not necessarily free.

Does anyone know of such a site/application?

The no-cost approach I've used so far is to use Firefox with the Web Developer extension's Miscellaneous -> Small Screen Rendering option along with the User Agent Switcher extension to send the headers as if I were running a hand-held device. (You only need the switcher if your site does automated device detection on the server side based on the user agent header.)
