encoding / conversion format

i'll not bore you with the background but i'm trying to figure out what form of encoding / conversion is being used here. browser refreshes result in differing outputs of a string all relating to the same original number.

3 can equal 2249299, 35f2256, 4590470, 4f93e7c, 52e112d, 25e014a etc
1 can equal 15f3cd3, 29f1b6e, 2191128, 2a07728, 5d57351, 4b7f701 etc
7 can equal 3b0af5d, 26077c8 and so on...

Anyone recognize the format or spot a pattern? I can't see it :mad:

sure its not random? If the same input, has different outputs, there has to be another factor at play.
