in German, the two word 'arm' and 'Arm' have a different meaning. in database query when the word 'arm' is searched the meaning for 'arm' is returned, but when the word 'Arm' is searched, again the meaning for 'arm' is returned.

how can i solve this?

You can use BINARY in front of value to be searched so that it takes casesensitivity into consideration. Eg:

SELECT * FROM mytable WHERE myfield = BINARY 'Arm';
